Viralcrest ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit or buy from viralcrest.com, and how we use it. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

1. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email address, billing address, phone number, and GST details if you give them.
  • Payment details: these are processed by Shopify Payments and our payment gateways. We never see or store your full card or UPI details.
  • Store details: the Shopify store URL you share with us when you ask for support or register your license.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, and cookie data, collected through Shopify and analytics tools.

2. How we use it

  • To process orders, deliver your downloads, and send invoices.
  • To give you support and check that your license is valid.
  • To send theme updates and important product notices.
  • To send marketing emails, but only if you agree to them. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve our website and prevent fraud.

3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the services that help us run the store, such as Shopify, payment gateways, email tools, and analytics and advertising platforms like Google and Meta. We also share it with authorities when the law requires it.

4. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the store working, remember your cart, and understand how people use our site. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

5. How long we keep your data
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is usually 8 years in India. We delete other data when it is no longer needed.

6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to marketing, by emailing us at info@viralcrest.com. We will reply within 30 days.

7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No online system is completely secure, however.

8. Children
Our store is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
