These terms apply to your use of viralcrest.com and every product you buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. About us
This store is operated by Viralcrest, based in Kollam, Kerala, India. 

2. License
Each purchase gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the theme on one (1) Shopify store that you own or manage for a single client. You may customize the code for that store. You may not:

  • Use one license on more than one store, including development or staging stores that later go live separately.
  • Resell, share, sublicense, give away, or redistribute the theme or any part of its code, whether it is modified or not.
  • Offer the theme or parts of it as your own product, template, or section in any marketplace.
  • Remove copyright notices from the theme files.

To use the theme on more stores, buy an extra license for each one. Agencies and freelancers can buy on behalf of a clien t, but the license belongs to that client's store.

3. Ownership
Viralcrest keeps all intellectual property rights in the themes, code, designs, and documentation. Demo images and content are for preview only and are not included in the license unless the product page says so.

4. Updates and support
Your purchase includes [12 months] of theme updates and [6 months] of email support covering installation, theme settings, and bug fixes. Support does not include custom development, design changes, or problems caused by third-party apps. You can request those as paid services.

5. Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in [INR / USD] and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect orders already placed. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, and we never store your card details.

6. Shopify platform
Our themes are built for Shopify's Online Store 2.0. Shopify may change its platform, and while we update our themes to stay compatible, we cannot be responsible for changes Shopify makes or for problems with your Shopify account or subscription.

7. Disclaimer
Themes are provided "as is". We work hard to keep them bug-free, fast, and compatible with major browsers, but we do not guarantee specific sales, conversion rates, or search rankings.

8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, Viralcrest's total liability for any claim linked to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

9. Termination
If you break these terms, especially the license rules, we may cancel your license without a refund and take legal action where needed.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Kollam, Kerala.

11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that order.
