All Viralcrest products are digital, so nothing is shipped physically and there are no shipping charges.
How you receive your theme
- A download link appears right after payment on the order confirmation page.
- The same link is emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- The link stays valid for [30 days] or [3 downloads], whichever comes first.
If you don't get your link
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, email info@viralcrest.com or WhatsApp +91 7012 780370 with your order number, and we will send it again within 24 hours.
Installation
Our themes come as a .zip file that you upload under Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip file. A setup guide is included with every download.
